The uniform policy fosters a sense of professionalism and unity within Carolina FC by demonstrating greater respect for the uniform and a “club” appearance at trainings.
Games, Tournaments and Travel:
- Each player shall wear club uniforms at each game. This includes official Adidas uniforms of white and royal blue. The proper shirts, socks and shorts will be worn. Player will have socks pulled up and shirts tucked at all times from warm up to the end of the games.
- Each player will wear official training suit (if required of the team) to and from the game and when traveling. This applies to all members of the team.
- Each player may warm-up in a CFC training t-shirt before changing to a uniform jersey immediately prior to game time.
- Any undershirts or compression shorts worn are to be blue, white or black.
- Any additional hand or head coverings are to be blue, white or black.
Training
- Players will wear royal blue, black or white shorts; royal blue or white socks; and official club T-shirt to all training sessions.
- Shorts and socks should be as generic as possible.
- In the event of cold weather players should wear the club training suit or sweat shirt. Any hand or head coverings or undergarments worn to provide additional warmth are to be blue, white or black.
All uniforms are to be same across the Club, no exceptions other than those which have occurred due to uniform availability beyond CFC control. In the event players do not conform to these policies, it is up to the coaches of the teams to enforce to policy using their best judgment; this should include taking away playing time for repeated or serious violations. In the event coaches do not enforce the policy, the Club will use its best judgment to develop appropriate sanctions.
The logos on training uniforms and any CFC uniforms or apparel items will be the same. Any requests to add team logo or name, or sponsors, must be approved by Carolina FC Board of Directors.
