The coach/manager or team representative must be present at registration and present the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS listed below. If you do not have the required documents you will not be allowed to register or play in the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS
*roster--official with a red stamp on it and Jane’s signature
*player card for each child on the roster that will be playing in the games with a picture and laminated
*coach card for each coach on the roster and that will be on the bench/sideline with a picture and laminated
*birth certificate and medical release are required
Player and coaches cards must have a signature that is the same as the name is on the front of the card, a picture in the upper left hand corner of the card, and it must be laminated.
